By Placing an Order at Enchante-Parfums.ca You agree to the full terms of our Return Policy clearly listed below:
 

Unlike most Fragrance companies we are proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept all returns for STORE CREDIT and/or exchange on orders placed in the continental Canada until you find a fragrance from our collection that is to your liking. We are unable to offer returns/exchanges on orders placed outside of the Canada at this time due to international shipping regulations.

IMPORTANT: With NO exceptions, returns are refunded via STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of an Enchantè Parfum E-Gift Card. Enchantè Parfum does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
